MEET THE COACH
Meet Coach Andrian on the Wellness Floor from 7 - 11 a.m. on Tuesday, February 16 and learn how he pushes teens in the Strength, Agility and Quickness sessions. There's a free sessions every Monday and Wednesday at 4 p.m.
LEARN ABOUT HEART HEALTH
We will have a table setup with information about Blood Pressure Monitoring on Tuesday, February 16 from 10 a.m. to noon and Wednesday, February 17 from 6 to 8 a.m.

NUTRITION INFORMATION ON THE WELLNESS FLOOR & WELCOME CENTER
Would you like to learn more about weight loss and nutrition? We will have information and someone available to talk about our programs and they will provide tips. Join us on Thursday, February 18 from 9 a.m. to noon. There's a virtual free virtual class on Thursday, February 18 from 7-8 p.m.
