With a YMCA online account, you can participate in a virtual fitness class, register for programs, print receipts or update your profile information. But you need to activate your YMCA online account first. Contact Customer Service at 919-719-9989, or stop by a YMCA branch, and we’ll get you set up.

Your YMCA online account is your key to all things digital with the YMCA. You can update emergency contacts for your kids, change your address or phone number, see how many times you've visited a branch, print receipts or pay on a balance. All from home or your mobile device.

Need help resetting your app password or reserving a class? Trying to cancel a class or add it to your calendar? Not receiving email confirmation about your class bookings? Look no further and check out our simple steps for app resolutions.

Plans change. We get it. Before you cancel a YMCA program or membership, please read our refund and cancellation policy, and also know we offer Financial Assistance for all memberships and most programs. If we can help, let us know. 

Please contact us if you are having trouble with your monthly membership dues. The YMCA helps hundreds of people a year through Financial Assistance. If you are moving or no longer use your membership, we can help you cancel using the below form. 

Do you need to change your weeks of Day Camp or Track Out Camp? Or cancel a youth sports program or personal training package? We can help with all of the above through an online form. 

The YMCA has updated Permissions and Policies for all programs and memberships. We encourage all YMCA Members and Program Participants to read and understand both documents.
