Hospitality, Hotel, and Restaurant Certification
Get a comprehensive overview of the hospitality industry, facets of service, and the latest technology tools used in the industry as well as the operations and the philosophy of service. Get ready to work from day one with confidence after completing our course! Employers eagerly seek our graduates for their staffing needs. (Capacity: 12 - 14 Students)

Introduction to Custodial Cleaning
This class offers knowledge and hands-on training. Learn the best cleaning tools, OSHA industry standards, and how to clean and maintain different kinds of flooring and areas. Students are provided the necessary skills for entry-level industry employment. (Min/Max Students: 8/12)

Introduction to Landscape Maintenance
This course will show you how to identify and maintain your lawn and plantings, and how to use gardening tools and landscaping equipment. You'll also learn when and how to plant, fertilize, and prune, and the right tools and techniques for each. (Min/Max Students: 8/12)

Beginning Baking & Pastry Arts
Start your career in the hospitality industry with this introductory baking and pastry arts course. Learn the science, techniques, and trends of baking from scratch. Discover the basic principles of preparing quick breads, leavened breads, cakes, cookies, custards, pastries, and cake decorating. This "hands-on" course includes a comprehensive overview of entry-level career opportunities. (Max Students: 12)
