Managing your diabetes doesn't have to be difficult and it doesn't mean you have to give up the foods you love. Sign up for a four-part diabetes nutrition and cooking class series to learn how to cook recipes that will keep your blood sugars in a healthy range.
Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Care and education specialists will teach you the essential lifestyle habits to see and maintain healthy blood sugars that are sustainable.
It is highly recommended that you attend all 4 classes as each class builds on each other. There will be a total of 2 cooking classes and 2 nutrition classes.
LIMITED to 10 attendees, ages 18 and older. YMCA Membership not required.
Cost: $10 (one time fee to cover food that will be cooked during session)
Dates: Thursdays, November 2, 9, 16 & 30
