Intro to Lifting Teen Takeover

Teens, join Panther Creek Future Business Leaders of America and the YMCA for two Intro to Lifting sessions Nov. 10, 2 -3 p.m. and Nov. 17, 3:30 - 4:30 p.m. The sessions are targeted for all high schoolers looking to learn the fundamentals of lifting such as form, routine and nutrition. They will focus on introducing the major lifts: squat, deadlift and bench, as well as other complementary exercises.
These sessions will be led by YMCA Personal Trainer Trudy McLeod with the help of Panther Creek High School students. These sessions are free of charge and do not require membership. All experience levels, ages 14 - 18 welcome.
