Northwest Cary YMCA: Blessing Bags

We are collecting items for Blessing Bags for families in need. There will be a collection box set up in the lobby.

At the Northwest Cary Market, held on Sat., May 20 families will have the opportunity to help put together the blessing bags.

Items that are needed:

•    Socks
•    Travel toothbrush, toothpaste, floss, mouthwash
•    Nonperishable shelf stable snacks (peanut butter crackers, granola bars)
•    Lip balm
•    Travel first-aid kit
•    Gallon-sized, zip-top bags to hold everything
•    Pads + tampons
•    face/body wipes
•    Hand sanitizer
•    Bottled water
•    Comb/brush
•    Travel shampoo/dry shampoo 
•    Soap
•    Deodorant
•    Sunscreen
•    Hat and gloves
•    Hand/foot warmers
•    Blanket (lap-sized)
•    Rain ponchos 
•    Draw string bags (backpack to hold the items)
