Join the Strong Challenge Today!
The challenge takes place from Jan. 11 - Feb. 21
Take back your life. Join us as we commit to being active for 20 minutes a day, 5 days a week. For six weeks, we're going to get moving and discover what it means to live a healthier, happier and more full life. And you won't be alone. You'll be part of a community of people who are also taking our challenge. And you'll also be supported by YMCA Health Coaches and staff who are here to give you tips, encourage you and celebrate your successes.
Register to join the 6-week Challenge. Everyone who takes part in the challenge will be entered into a drawing to receive a free year of membership to the YMCA. One winner per branch will be selected.

Having a prominent place in the home to post your goals to see every day and track your progress will be a key in getting started on the right foot. You'll receive an email each week with the new theme and tips from a YMCA Wellness Coach for reaching your goal. Plus our Coaches will be dropping into the Strong Community to encourage and support you!
