We hire lifeguards, swim instructors and pool staff for indoor and outdoor aquatic programs. You must be 16 to work for the YMCA. Swim and pool staff stay active on deck, monitor safety and respond quickly in a busy, structured environment, with training and support from experienced aquatic leadership.
