We've worked with industry experts to develop a series of on-demand workouts based on fitness goals: Get Strong, Get Fit or Get Lean. Each pathway can be tailored for beginners or those looking to level up. Watch the video to see how you get started.

Get Lean

Get Lean

An eight-week program with dynamic calorie-burning workouts, low-impact cardio and total body circuits blending cardio and light resistance. Gradually building up your workout times and intensity. 

Get Fit

Get Fit

A strong cardiovascular workout with light resistance training for eight weeks. Low impact intervals and training circuits to improve strength, stamina and flexibility. 

Group Fitness at the Y

Get Strong

Eight weeks, and you choose the frequency. Starting with body weights and moving to heavier weights and more reps, this Pathway helps you end up stronger with new workouts and routines.

The Workouts

Each Pathway contains workouts of varying intensities, and each series includes short instructional videos for the exercises in an easy-to-follow format. You can use Pathways at home or at the YMCA.
