Coach & Inspire

We hire swim team coaches, sports coordinators, sports officials and other sports staff to create fun, positive experiences for young athletes. Applicants must be at least 16 years old. Sports staff are active, on their feet, leading activities, building relationships and making quick decisions in a fast-paced environment with support from YMCA leadership.
