2024 Youth & Government Conference Award Winners

Advisor of the Year
Given to the advisor works most to Increase equitable and accessible education through a positive partnership with the YMCA State Office 
Award Winner: Kayla Ranew, High Point Delegation

Delegation of the Year
Voted on by participants at the conference as the most welcoming delegation representing YMCA core values.
Award Winner: The Epiphany School of Global Studies

Erica Wolfe Award
Given to a first-time participant who has modeled leadership and exhibited our YMCA values and personality. A secret committee made up of YMCA staff and alumni watched closely throughout the conference in program sessions and during fun nights the secret committee identified the delegate who was most deserving of this award.

The Alumni Scholarship Award 
Given to a returning delegate who models the core values of the YMCA at conference and throughout the school year. Our conference secret committee also identified the delegate most deserving of the award.
