25 for 25 Fitness App Challenge

Fitness fun in February!

Achieve your wellness goals this February with the YMCA’s 25 for 25 app challenge! This is an easy way to keep you motivated in February with daily workout drops and extra challenges.

This is how the challenge will work:

  1. Participants must have the YMCA app. Visit our website for details. Make sure your email is added to your app account.
     
  2. Sign up for the 25 for 25 app challenge in the YMCA app by February 1. After this date, the challenge will be closed. The challenge will run for 25 days (February 4 - 28). 
     
  3. Each day, you’ll receive an email and an app notification by 5 a.m. These communications will contain the daily challenge. It could be 25 pushups or 25 jumping jacks or... SURPRISE!
     
  4. Once the daily activity is completed, participants should click on the “Completed” button in the challenge email to fill out a tracking form.
