----------

Our YMCA, at the branch and association level, is in the process of updating a wide range of systems that serve our facilities, with priorities of enhanced dependability and efficiency. Examples of this work include updated lighting, pool chemical management and HVAC systems.

HVAC updates have presented recent challenges, and we continue to work closely with our installation and service partners to resolve those as quickly as possible. Specifically, the building is not consistently cooling to our standards.

We recognize that air temperatures and humidity levels are critical elements of providing the fitness experience that we aim to consistently provide. Energy efficiency efforts are not intended to compromise the ideal conditions that we all expect in our wellness spaces.

While we are taking immediate steps to regulate conditions, our top priority is having our HVAC systems fully aligned for long-term consistency. Broad diagnostic efforts are underway to optimize the coordinated functioning of all elements that serve our facility.

We will continue to post and share updates on the HVAC efforts and future projects. Members are encouraged to like/follow our branch Facebook page and enable notifications from our mobile app for time-sensitive updates.

Member experience is at the core of our operations, and we regret anytime we fall short of your expectations. Thank you for being part of our YMCA. We remain committed to providing the spaces, equipment and conditions that help our members reach their wellness goals.

Our branch leadership is working closely with the highest levels of our association facilities team and our service partners. Should you have questions or concerns, we welcome those conversations.
