The YMCA is monitoring the severe weather forecast for Monday, March 16 and adjusting operations accordingly in the best interest of our staff, members, participants and Y community.
All YMCA facilities are operating on normal hours. Any changes will be announced on this page and through our mobile app and Facebook.
School Programs
As local school districts announce plans for Monday, March 16, YMCA school programs will operate accordingly:
- If your school is closed or dismisses early, the YMCA After School program is closed.
- If your school operates on a normal schedule, but your child has to ride a bus to get to After School, it will be closed.
- YMCA Track Out Camp programs held at the YMCA will open on a regular schedule (7 a.m.). If there is a field trip scheduled, that will be canceled. Track Out or Intersession programs held in schools will be closed.
- If your child is enrolled at a private or charter school that is operating on a normal schedule and the YMCA Before and After School programs are located at the school, programs will operate on a normal schedule.
