National Voter Registration Day is September 17
At the Y, we believe voting isn’t just a civic duty, it’s also a key part of strengthening community! As a nonpartisan nonprofit organization, we are committed to helping individuals and communities across the Triangle prepare for Election Day (Nov. 5, 2024).
By voting, people not only fulfill a civic duty but also establish a meaningful connection to their communities, where their voices can be heard, and their votes can make a difference. With significant elections on the horizon in 2024, the importance of voting cannot be overstated.
These elections will shape the future of our nation, and it is vital that every eligible citizen participates.
Every vote and every voice matter in creating a more inclusive and representative democracy.
