View our newest group fitness schedule at the Ingram Family YMCA starting April 1. Our new group fitness class schedule includes new instructors, classes and our new Virtual In-Studio Les Mills classes. 

A Virtual In-Studio fitness class is held in a YMCA fitness studio, the class is shown on the screens, and a live instructor does not teach. These classes are listed on the Group Fitness schedule in the app or on our website. These classes are bookable like all other classes. Check your schedule and try one today! 

Starting April 2 we are also offering Teen SAQ on Wednesdays from 4 - 5 p.m. Teen SAQ stands for Strength, Agility, and Quickness. SAQ drills and exercises build an effective training program to reach your athletic goals. For students age 11 - 17, this program helps teens focus on becoming better, stronger athletes.
