• Senior Strength, Wednesdays at 9 a.m. beginning in February
• Barre Fusion, Mondays at noon
• Cycle, Tuesdays at 4:30 p.m.
• Yoga: Mixed Levels, Thursdays at 6:15 a.m.
• Yoga for Athletes, Saturdays at 10 a.m.
• Pound, Saturdays at noon
Wellness Orientations
Just starting your wellness journey? Sign up for a free wellness orientation. We'll show you how to use all the equipment and get you started on the right foot. Middle School students are required to complete an orientation before using cardio equipment.
Pop Up Classes
We've got Pop Up classes, open to 4-5 students each, happening throughout the day. Programs include Weight Lifting, Band Exercises, Chair Exercises and Synergy Workouts. The classes are free, and first-come, first-served. Stop by the wellness office for more information.
