Group Fit Fest
No matter where we are in life or where we go, the Y moves with us. Group Fit Fest is your invitation to celebrate the joy of movement and the power of community. Join us on Saturday, Jan. 31 from 8 a.m. - 1 p.m. for a full lineup of 30-minute “blast” group fitness classes designed to energize your body, build confidence and help you stay motivated—no matter your fitness level.
Yoga & Mindfulness
Family Yoga
- Saturday, Jan. 31, Noon - 12:30 p.m.
- Family yoga is a fun and engaging practice for parents/adults and children ages 5-10 that incorporates breath work, mindfulness, and movement. We will work through meditation, games and yoga poses to find inner peace and happiness. Parents/adults are expected to participate.
Bro Flow Yoga
- Last Saturday of the month (Jan. 31), 12 - 12:55 p.m.
- Free, men-only yoga class designed to support men's health equity by building strength, flexibility, and mindfulness in a welcoming, all-levels environment.
- Open to the community, this class encourages connection and authenticity, fostering a sense of belonging through movement and shared experience.
Intro Classes
- Saturdays in January
- First Saturday (8:30 - 8:50 a.m.): TRX - This class will teach you the basics of using the TRX strap so you will be better equipped and more confident when participating in a group class. You will also be provided with an instruction manual to take home with you for further review.
- Second Saturday (10 - 10:20 a.m.): Kettlebells - This class will teach you the basics of using Kettlebells whether you're in a group fitness class or working out on the wellness floor. Emphasis is placed on proper technique which will enhance your speed, power and stability.
- Thursday Saturday (8:50 - 9:10 a.m.): Rowing - Row machines are a great low impact, full body, cross training workout. Prepare to be coached how to properly use the rower and take your rowing experience to another level while improving your strength, power, and endurance.
Intro to Xtreme Hip Hop Step
- Saturdays, 8:50 - 9:10 a.m.
- Learn the basics of Xtreme Hip Hop Step—perfect for beginners. Note: “Xtreme” refers to the brand, not intensity. It’s extremely fun!
30/30 Combo Classes
BODYCOMBAT + BODYBLANCE
- Mondays, 6 – 7:05 p.m.
- Wednesdays, 6:30 - 7:35 p.m.
- Fridays, 8:25 - 9:30 a.m.
- 30 min of BODYCOMBAT (martial arts fusion) and 30 min of BODYBALANCE (tai chi, yoga, pilates, stretch fusion)
Butts & Guts + Stretch
- Tuesdays, 11:30 a.m. – 12:35 p.m.
- Sculpt your lower body and core with 30 min of targeted strength and stability exercises, followed by 30 minutes of mobility-focused stretching
Series Classes
TRX HIIT
- Wednesdays, 6 - 6:45 p.m.
- A class with repeated bouts of short duration, high-intensity exercise intervals intermingled with periods of lower intensity intervals of active recovery.
Yoga Flow
- Tuesdays, 11:30 a.m. - 12:15 p.m.
- A yoga practice that links breath to movement through a series of yoga postures that are linked together while cultivating breath, strength, endurance and flexibility. Additional core work along with balance opportunities may be incorporated. Students are always encouraged to move at their own pace.
Prenatal Yoga
- Sundays, 3:30 - 5 p.m., beginning Jan. 14, 2026
- Prenatal yoga helps prepare your body and mind for the changes of pregnancy and the life-changing moment of birth. In each class, you’ll learn pain management techniques, strengthen and open your pelvic area and hips and connect with the life growing inside you.
- Each series has six sessions with new series kicking off Feb. 22, April 12, June 7, July 19, Aug. 30, Oct. 11 and Nov. 22.
- Free and open to the community
- All participants must commit to at least four out of the six sessions.
