The YMCA of the Triangle is honored to recognize veterans and active duty military with events across several of our branches in the days leading up to and including Veterans Day.
Alexander Family YMCA
The Alexander YMCA warmly invites Y members who are Veterans to celebrate their service to our nation. We will share a light breakfast on Nov. 10 and a short program including a special guest speaker. For more information, visit the event page.

Northwest Cary YMCA
In honor of all veterans and active duty service members, there will be a Veterans Day Table display in the lobby, service branch flags hung in the facility and US flags decorating the lawn of our branch. Taylor Family YMCA
A Veterans Day Ceremony will be held on Friday, Nov. 10 at 11 a.m. to honor those who have served our country. Members, participants and staff should gather around the flagpole at 10:50 a.m. for a flag-raising ceremony, performances of the service anthems and remarks from veterans and Y leaders.
