- Download the Mobile App
- Set up your account
- Set the Poyner Y as your home branch
- Tap the "Personal Training" tile
From there, you'll get access to a new workout you can try each day, including a variety of images and videos. Workouts change every day and are a great resource to keep your routine fresh and challenging. Check it out!
