Delegates in grades 10 - 12 can choose to participate in NC Youth and Government as a Budget Analyst. In this role you:
- Will be assigned Youth and Government bills and must submit a budget analysis for each bill.
- You will argue for and against bills based on the best interest of state budgets, during both committees and chambers.
- You must be in grades 10 - 12 with one year of Youth and Government experience to participate as a Budget Analyst.
