Becoming Grounded:
A 5-Week Mindfulness Journey In a world that constantly pulls us in every direction, it's easy to feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in our heads. This 5-week guided journey is designed to help you slow down, reconnect and cultivate a deeper sense of calm, clarity and presence. Through this intimate small-group experience, you'll explore a different practice each week - including Sound Bath, Qigong, and various forms of Meditation and Breathwork.
Each 90-minute session is thoughtfully structured to include guided journaling, discussion and a deeply restorative practice, all in a supportive group of no more than 12 participants. Perfect for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
Fridays from
5:30 - 7 p.m. in Studio 1
