This workshop is a guided experience designed to help participants use their breath intentionally to support physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. At its core, it’s about transforming something automatic—breathing—into a powerful, practical tool, rather than simply “breathing normally.” As an added bonus, we’ll give you the option of doing a 2 minute cold plunge for your hands. A cold plunge has numerous mental health and physical health benefits. Come learn and experience the combination and power of breathwork and cold plunges!
