(In collaboration with The Crosby Advocacy Group of WakeCounty) Immerse yourself in a fun and restorative Juneteenth experience of dance, meditation and Yoga as we celebrate our right to thrive, rest, heal and find joy. This Freedom of Self-Care event honors creative movement, intentional community and the radical act of putting yourself first.
Open to the public and all ages, at no cost. Vendors, Food Trucks, Bounce House, Raffle Prizes!

10 a.m. - Noon: YMCA Group Fitness
10 a.m. - 3 p.m.: Sister to Sister Alliance Health Fair
11 a.m. - 3 p.m.: Crosby Advocacy Group Edutainment
