NEW Teen Wellness Club for Middle and High School Students
Are you a teenager interested in developing your weightlifting, sports and agility performance?
The Kraft Family YMCA Teen Wellness Club is designed to promote your wellness journey and foster a safe environment where you feel welcome to grow through active movement. From innovative workouts addressing agility, strength and conditioning, to developing healthy habits, each member has a goal to achieve and we are here to support you. Whether you are new to wellness or an athlete looking for a group workout environment, you will fit right in!
Teens, join us on Thursday evenings in Martha’s Den from 6:30 - 7:30 p.m. for an all-inclusive workout experience! Each week we focus on the different aspects of wellness through creative and engaging workouts for teens of all levels. Rotating topics each week include Speed and Agility, Weight Training, Sport, and Mental Wellness.
February 1 - Body and Mind
February 8 - Flee and Chase
February 15 - Push and Pull
February 22 - Teen Choice Sport
February 29 - Mental Health in Sport
Ages: Middle School and High School
Register: No registration needed
