Lowering your sodium intake may help decrease your blood pressure. But in a world filled with high-sodium food, lowering sodium can feel like an uphill battle.
During this free, one-hour virtual seminar, a YMCA health coach will lead the group through strategies to lower sodium in your diet such as how to read food labels, the correct total amount of sodium needed every day, and tips for eating out and snacking.
