ADHD impacts us logistically, physically and emotionally. From experiencing emotions more intensely, to getting gridlocked, this disorder can be paralyzing to someone trying to blend into a neurotypical world.
Join us in understanding the mechanism behind ADHD brains not motivating, losing focus, losing track of time and struggling to follow through on tasks. Parents and teens will walk away with new strategies to use around/expectations and begin to lay the foundations of joint problem-solving.
