The Northwest Cary YMCA, El Centro Hispano, Empoderate Latina, Family Academy, Butterfly Family Center and North Carolina Society of Hispanic Professionals are hosting a Community Forum - We Are the Village. It will be held on Thursday, August 28 from 6:30 - 8 p.m. at the Northwest Cary YMCA.
The goal is to learn and understand the realities our neighbors are living, how we can support them and how to be more empathetic and compassionate. We also want to provide an overview of challenges impacting our neighbors and reflect on what each of us can do from our own corner of the village.
