Paula Norris, a certified Functional Training Specialist and YMCA group fitness instructor, will provide a professional fitness assessment so you understand your current fitness, learn what areas need to be strengthened and which classes/exercises would be the most beneficial.
Assessments last 45 minutes, are done individually and can include any of the following: Posture Analysis, Waist to Hip Ratio, Functional Movement Screen, One Rep Max

- Tues., Feb. 11 & 25 from 7:15 - 8 a.m., 8:15 - 9 a.m.
- Sat., Feb. 22 from 9:15 - 10 a.m., 10:15 - 11 a.m., 11:15 a.m. - Noon
On the SER YMCA Wellness Floor for members only, 18 yrs+
