Southeast Raleigh Y Partner Stretch

Join us for Partner Stretch, a fun and relaxing 45‑minute pairs-based class designed for couples, friends or workout buddies who want to improve flexibility, mobility and connection together. This gentle, low‑impact session uses assisted stretching techniques inspired by yoga and partner‑assisted mobility work. Each pair will support one another through guided movements that promote better range of motion, stress relief and shared well-being.

No prior experience is required—just a willingness to move together, communicate and enjoy the process.

What to Expect

  • A supportive, judgment-free environment for pairs

  • Tips for safely assisting each other
  • Opportunities to deepen connection through movement and mindfulness

Important Information

  • This event is designed for pairs only. Single participants are not permitted.
  • Both partners must reserve a spot in the app.
  • Reservations open 46 hours in advance and space is limited.
  • Child care is not available for this event.
