This brand new 6-week Tai Chi series with Jim will progress you through Yang Style forms of Tai Chi. The meditative flow and balance movements of Tai Chi can improve your posture, increase lower body strength and flexibility, reduce stress and improve memory.
Due to the progressive nature of the class, online registration is required and is the only way to reserve your spot in this series.
