THRIVE: Wake County EMS Hands-Only CPR & Lunch

We often think of emergency responders as the first line of defense, but YOU are actually the true first responder during a sudden cardiac emergency at home. Wake County EMS invites you to a comfortable, senior-friendly introduction to Hands-Only CPR. This class is a non-certification course designed to teach participants the knowledge and skills needed to perform life-saving CPR. Additionally, the class covers the benefits of using an AED alongside chest compressions during CPR. 

We will have lunch together at BJ's Restaurant afterwards.

Cost of class is FREE; lunch is self-pay. Shuttle departs at 8:30 a.m.; returns by 1 p.m.

Registration opens July 1.
