Trap Full-Body Workout
Saturday, November 30 at 9 a.m.
at the Southeast Raleigh Y, Court 3
Join us for a post-Thanksgiving full-body workout with live Trap music from DJ Drew, and put those Thanksgiving carbs to work! This workout will combine cardio intervals and strength exercises that are sure to work up a sweat!
Ages 11-13 must be accompanied by an adult.
Free and open to the community!
NON MEMBERS: This event is open to the public at no cost! Non-members must arrive 10 minutes in advance to complete check-in forms at the front desk.
MEMBERS: Use the app to reserve your space 48 hours in advance. Child care is available for members.
