Vinyasa Yoga
This brand-new series with Reuben is a great place to begin your yoga journey or enhance your yoga practice. Each week, yoga postures build upon each other giving you a solid understanding of technique and flow. A Vinyasa style yoga incorporates breath, strength, endurance, flexibility and overall mind-body connection. Additional core work and arm balances may be offered.
