Spring Yoga Mala
Join us on March 21 for a spring Yoga Mala. A Yoga Mala combines both a meditative and physical practice through 108 consecutive Sun A Salutations. Often practiced during the change in seasons, this non-heated, unique Vinyasa yoga class is for students looking to grow physically, mentally and/or spiritually.
You will move through a series of poses in repetition, connecting breath and movement. This class is meant to be taken all the way through, but participants may take breaks in Child's Pose and modify as needed.
