This five-week series will focus on building and strengthening the muscles utilized in supporting the spine and core. Each week will incorporate yoga sequences and poses that introduce progressive loading of those critical muscle groups in a way that is gentle, yet challenging. Perfect for beginners or those who already have a yoga practice.
