Heart of Durham Campaign Goal
- Total Construction Cost = $22.9M
- East West Partners has committed $13.4M to lease the Morgan Street property from the Y on a longterm basis.
- Help us raise the remaining $9.5M for reach our Heart of Durham Campaign goal.
