Y App Workout of the Day

Did you know that you can access a new "workout of the day" every day right from the palm of your hand? If you're a member of the Poyner Y, and have downloaded the YMCA Mobile App, this feature is free for you to use, in a few easy steps:

  1. Download the Mobile App
  2. Set up your account
  3. Set the Poyner Y as your home branch
  4. Tap the "Personal Training" tile

From there, you'll get access to a new workout you can try each day, including a variety of images and videos. Workouts change every day and are a great resource to keep your routine fresh and challenging. Check it out!
