Get Ready for Fun
Flight Day is an annual event hosted by Y Guides, a program that strengthens the father-child relationship through activities and programs. All are welcome to join us with kites, homemade flying machines and/or rockets.

Celebrate the warmer weather with a fun, family-friendly afternoon outdoors at this annual community event! Join us for an open-air gathering where participants of all ages can launch rockets, fly kites and relax on the lawn. Whether you’re testing your latest rocket design, bringing a favorite kite or simply enjoying a picnic with friends and family, this event is a great way to kick off the season.
Experts from Kites Unlimited will be on site throughout the afternoon offering small kite repairs, so you can get back to the fun if your kite needs a quick fix. Admission is free and the event is open to the public, making it a perfect outing for families.
