Member Experience Staff
We hire full and part-time staff to work at our Welcome Centers and Pool Desks. You must be 16 to work for the YMCA. Membership staff greet members and guests, answer questions, provide program information and help create a safe, inclusive and positive experience for everyone who enters our facilities.
