Step
This class utilizes a platform bench for cardiovascular conditioning. Intermediate choreography will be used in this class and options will be shown to increase/decrease intensity levels.
Step Strength
Half Step and half strength training. Utilizing a step and ever-changing choreography, routines are built through progressions, utilizing the space on and around your step, so you don’t have to be light on your feet to pick up the routine. Strength training with dumbbells is mixed in with segments to build muscle tone with active cardio recovery.
Xtreme Hip-Hop Step
Xtreme Hip Hop Step class is a high energy, high calorie burning class using the aerobic step board for an additional impact. Cardio Xtreme Hip Hop Step will combine street dance styles primarily performed to hip-hop music with a challenging workout that will strengthen your whole body.
AdvXtreme Hip-Hop Step
Adv Xtreme Hip Hop Step class is the advanced version of Xtreme Hip Hop Step and uses more combinations and complex foot work. You still get the same high energy, high calorie burning experience using the the step. AdvXtreme Hip-Hop Step combines street dance styles primarily performed to hip-hop music with a challenging workout that will strengthen your whole body.
