Step into the season with a calming Community Mindfulness Walk along the Walnut Creek Greenway. This experience is centered on slowing down, being present, and rediscovering the simple yet powerful act of walking in nature. As we move together at a gentle, welcoming pace, participants will be guided through light breathwork and mindfulness exercises designed to help quiet the mind and bring awareness to the present moment. You’ll be invited to tune into your breath, notice the rhythm of your steps, and engage your senses—taking in the sounds, sights and sensations of the natural world around you.
