Small Group Training

Small Group Training Sessions are led by a certified personal trainer and each session focuses on a specialized format such as strength training, endurance, or core. Participants will use ropes, kettlebells, bars, TRX equipment and more encouraging individual progression and skill development.

A variety of classes and times are offered throughout the Association.

Mommy & Me Small Group Training

Join Jaclyn and baby Theryn (5 months old) for some mommy and me fitness and fun! We’ll spend time connecting with our little ones while strengthening all muscles, especially our pelvic floor. Babies can sleep/lay or become interactive as a little extra load for our movements. Incorporating traditional exercises, Pilates, and Yoga we will make sure you leave feeling stronger and more flexible. Daddys are also welcome! For parent and babies age 6 weeks - 18 months.

Row

Row machines provide a great low-impact, full-body, cross-training workout. This small group training program teaches you both traditional and non-traditional uses of the rowing machine.

BOSU Conditioning & Mobility

This 4-week small group training program focuses on endurance, flexibility and muscular strength to improve physique and enhance skill development using a BOSU. BOSU is a device that strengthens your core, enhances stability and challenges your strength. Learn how to effectively incorporate a BOSU into your own exercise programming.

Intro to Barbell Lifting

This 4-week small group training will introduce basic barbell lifts with proper technique. This class is led by a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer, Lindsay Pastor and uses the Southeast Raleigh Olympic Lifting floor space and squat rack.

Strength, Agility and Quickness (SAQ)

Strength, Agility and Quickness (SAQ), for ages 11 - 17 years, focuses on helping participants to become better, stronger athletes. This training is full of drills and exercises. This is a free, ongoing training program designed to help athletes achieve their fitness goals.

Women's Barbell Club

These training sessions break down the various lifts in the weight room. This small group training meets once per week in Studio X and is for those with previous lifting experience.
