Postnatal Recovery Series

Join our  Postnatal Core and Pelvic Floor Recovery Series designed to help restore core and pelvic floor function and stability after childbirth. 

This gentle, supportive class combines breathwork, mindful movement, and targeted deep core and pelvic floor exercises to restore balance, alleviate postpartum discomfort, and enhance overall well-being. Suitable for all levels, this class fosters a nurturing community for any mom or woman and requires no prior yoga experience.

Register in advance online. You can sign up 2 days in advance using the app if space is still available.

This series will run on Tuesdays in September from 11 - 11:45 a.m.
