Our Personal Training Approach
YMCA Personal Training is a comprehensive, client-centered experience incorporating physical fitness, nutrition, mental wellness, sleep and recovery.
The Why
You're busy. You need flexible, goal-driven training sessions that produce results.
YMCA personal trainers are educated professionals with years of experience who can help any YMCA member, including working professionals, new moms, seniors, and triathletes.
They can tailor a plan to your specific needs, goals and lifestyle and explain the chosen exercises, workouts and plans. They can also help with nutrition, recovery, stress, sleep and even mindset support with empathy, respect and positive encouragement. Plus Personal Training sessions give you access to Evolt 360 scans.
YMCA personal trainers come from as many different backgrounds and walks of life as our members do, and we take great care in matching members with the right personal trainer.
