We will offer three Pop-Up Bodycombat Kickboxing classes in October at the Southeast Raleigh Y.
Bodycombat is a high-energy, non-contact martial arts-inspired group fitness class that combines cardio and intense exercise with moves from a variety of martial arts disciplines: Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu
We plan to bring this format to our regular group fitness schedule in December!
