We are headed to downtown Raleigh for a guided tour of the Joel Lane Museum House, a colonial and Revolutionary War era home that will give us a peek into the lives of a family and the enslaved laborers who were helping to create a new state capital and a new nation. Lunch follows at the Morgan Street Food Hall, followed by a visit to the Gregg Museum of Art and Design at NC State. Register in advance to help us prepare.
Cost: $15 for transportation. Tour is free. Lunch is self-pay.
