Celebrate Welcoming Week, Sept. 10 – 19! This nationwide annual event brings communities together to promote cross-cultural understanding and highlight the benefits of inclusion. Join us at the Ingram Family Y in building connections and creating welcoming spaces where everyone belongs.

Come to one of our events building community this week.

• Monday, Sept. 14
  International Tea Day- Get a taste of the world. Grab a cup of international tea.
• Tuesday, Sept. 15
  Flag Frenzy- Around the World at the Y! Color a flag from around the world to add to our Welcome Week Wall. Available all day.
• Wednesday, Sept. 16
  YMCA of the Triangle Flu Shot Clinic, 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. (registration required)
  International Pot Luck, 10:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. Bring your favorite dish to share.
• Thursday, Sept. 17
  International Zumba Class, 6:30 p.m.
• Friday, Sept. 18
  Welcoming Week Pool & Movie Party, 5 - 8 p.m.
  Our pool will be open from 5 - 7 p.m. with a movie showing at 6 p.m. Tacos El Primo food truck will be onsite for meal purchases.
