Duke Health, NAMI Wake County, YMCA of the Triangle, Health Lit4Wake and Southeast Raleigh Promise are excited to invite teens and their families to the 2026 Youth Mental Health Mini Summit!

Join us for an empowering and engaging afternoon focused on youth mental health and wellness on Oct. 17, from 1 - 5:30 p.m. This event gives high schoolers and their families a safe, supportive space to explore mindfulness, self-care, personal growth, and practical strategies for supporting mental well-being.

Throughout the afternoon, high schoolers and adults will have opportunities to join interactive breakout sessions. The Summit will also feature inspirational conversations about self-discovery, motivation, and well-being; opportunities to connect with community resources; music and refreshments; and spaces to share, learn, and grow.

We’ll close the afternoon together with a special closing session and swag bags for participants!

This event is free, but we encourage you to register. Lunch will be provided.

Get registered today! For questions, please contact us.
