Registration opens on Jan. 1, 2026, for YMCA members and on Jan. 15 for Program Participants. A $20 weekly deposit holds your child’s spot.
Summer 2026
Wee Camp is a half-day summer day camp for our littlest campers. These half-day programs are a great introduction to the structure and rhythm of day camp. Days are filled with songs, games, water play, circle time and crafts. We keep our ratios intentionally low so each camper can have plenty of one-on-one attention and care.
Wee Camp is open to kids ages 2 - 3. Campers are not required to be potty-trained.
Wee Camp is operated through the Northwest Cary YMCA.

Anna Carman
Hi, I'm Anna! I am from Clayton, NC and am excited to lead our Kinder and Wee Camps this summer! I was raised as a participant within the YMCA's youth programs and was impacted in such a positive way that I decided to make it my career. With twelve years of experience in youth development, I am passionate about creating an innovative, impactful, encouraging, safe and FUN environment for all. I can't wait to see you this summer!
Wee Camp FAQs
Pick up and drop off will be in front of the CrossPointe Church side of our facility. Please follow the signs for Rides In and Out to enter the carpool line.
Wee Camp has weekly themes to add interest and variety. We have themed Wednesdays, special guests, water play and pool days.
Parent Orientation
Join us for a Parent Orientation to camp on Monday, June 16 from 5 - 7 p.m. We will have an information session and pickup cards will be available for the carpool line.
Family Days
Join us for an evening of family fun on Wednesday, August 6 from 4:30-7:30 p.m.
June 27, July 18, August 1 and August 15 we will be hosting playdates at the pool from 1:30 - 2:30 p.m. Alsies's ice cream truck will attend each event. Join us after camp to play with other campers and meet your child's favorite counselors.
